Acceptance

By using the ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and account responsibility

The ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app is not intended for children under 16 (see our Privacy Policy). If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can use the app without an account; some features (backing up and restoring your settings across devices) require one.

Not a medical device

The ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app is a wellness and fitness app, not a medical device. The app does not diagnose or provide medical advice. Always contact a doctor if you have health concerns or doubts. The app's scores and insights (such as recovery, strain, sleep score, and stress) are calculated indications based on your measurements and expressly not a medical assessment. Do not base medical decisions on the app.

Using the app

You use the app for personal, noncommercial purposes. You must not use the app in a way that harms its operation, attempts to circumvent its security or entitlement checks, or violates the law.

Data accuracy

The displayed data comes from Apple Health or Health Connect and the devices connected to them. Accuracy depends on those sources and on how you wear your devices. Background delivery of new health data from the operating system to the app and to the Apple Watch companion app is best-effort, not guaranteed continuous or real-time by the platform — the app shows the most recent data it has received. The ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app cannot guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or delivered without delay.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app is not liable for damage resulting from use of the app or from decisions you make based on the app. You use the app at your own risk.

Pro subscription

The app offers an optional paid Pro subscription with monthly and annual plans, purchased through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. The price, billing period, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown before you pay, sourced directly from the App Store or Google Play — never a fixed claim in this document. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not directly by us. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — see our Support page for step-by-step instructions.

Deleting your ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Those are separate actions: account deletion removes your app account and its cloud-stored data; subscription cancellation stops future billing and is managed only through the App Store or Google Play.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or the services it depends on, misuse the app to harm others, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The ATCEK STUDIOS health and fitness app, its design, and its content are owned by ATCEK STUDIOS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content except as the app itself allows (for example, exporting your own data).

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the most recent change. If you continue using the app after a change, you agree to the new terms.
