Account and login

Do I need an account to use SUVLI?

No. The app is fully usable without an account. Creating one (optional) lets you back up your settings, goals and consent choices and restore them on another device — your health measurements are never included in that backup.

I can't sign in / my account isn't recognized.

Check your internet connection and try again. If you originally signed in with Apple, make sure you're using the same Apple ID. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll help.

Help with Sign in with Apple.

Sign in with Apple lets you create or access your SUVLI account using your Apple ID, without sharing your real email address if you choose “Hide My Email.” If Sign in with Apple doesn't appear as an option, make sure you're signed into an Apple ID on your device (Settings → [your name]) and that you're on a supported iOS version. If a sign-in attempt fails or is cancelled, nothing is created or changed — just try again.

Subscription (Pro)

How do I start, restore, or check my Pro subscription?

Pro is purchased in-app through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). If you've already subscribed on this Apple ID or Google account but the app still shows you as Free (for example, after reinstalling), use the “Restore purchases” option on the subscription screen — this re-checks your entitlement with the App Store or Google Play at no extra charge.

How do I cancel or manage my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play, not through the app or through us directly:

  • iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SUVLI → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SUVLI → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Deleting your SUVLI account removes your app account and cloud-stored data, but does not cancel a live Apple or Google subscription — cancel that separately using the steps above, or it will keep renewing.

Health data and permissions

SUVLI isn't showing any health data.

Check that you've granted permission: on iPhone, go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices, select SUVLI, and confirm the data types you use are turned on. On Android, open the Health Connect app and confirm SUVLI's permissions there. If you denied a permission when first asked, you can grant it later in the same place.

Where does my health data come from, and does it leave my device?

It comes from Apple Health or Health Connect and is processed only on your device to build your scores and insights — it is not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Wearables

My Apple Watch isn't showing the same data as my iPhone.

Make sure SUVLI's Watch companion app is installed (via the Watch app on your iPhone) and that your Watch is unlocked, on your wrist, and within Bluetooth/Wi-Fi range of your iPhone. New health data reaches the Watch depending on how often the operating system delivers it in the background, which the system — not the app — controls; if something looks out of date, opening SUVLI on your iPhone or Watch will refresh it.

Some features are missing on my Watch.

A small set of detailed metrics and extra watch face designs are part of Pro. Free shows the essentials (steps, heart rate, and a summary); an active Pro subscription unlocks the rest automatically once your iPhone and Watch have synced.

I use a Wear OS watch — my measurements aren't appearing.

On Android the app reads your measurements from Health Connect rather than from a watch directly, so a Wear OS watch's data appears once that watch's own companion app has written it to Health Connect. Check three things in order: your watch is synced with its companion app, that app is allowed to write the relevant data types to Health Connect, and SUVLI is allowed to read those same types. All of this is managed in the Health Connect app.

Managing your data

How do I delete just the data stored on this device?

Open the app → Profile → Privacy & data → Erase data. This clears your locally synchronized health snapshot and app settings on this device. It also happens automatically if you uninstall the app.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your settings backup, and any documents you stored with us. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play first (see above) — deleting your account does not do that for you.

Compatibility

SUVLI requires an iPhone with Apple Health (iOS) or an Android device with Health Connect. The optional companion app requires an Apple Watch paired to your iPhone. On Android, Wear OS watches are supported through Health Connect: whatever your watch writes there becomes available to the app. Exact minimum OS versions are listed on the app's App Store / Google Play page, since those are enforced by the store listing itself.

Something else

I found a bug or have feedback.

Email atcekstudios@hotmail.com with as much detail as you can (what happened, what you expected, your device model and OS version) and we'll follow up.

Is SUVLI a medical device?

No. It's a wellness and fitness app. It does not diagnose conditions or give medical advice — always talk to a doctor about health concerns. See our Terms of Use.
