Your day
Resting heart rate, recovery and sleep score: the three readings the day opens with, and the one you choose to look at first.
Heart rate
The last measurement with the time it was taken, the hours of the day as separate readings, and your resting rate and variability beside them.
88bpmLatest reading
24 hourshourly avg.
Stress
Calculated from heart rate, variability and sleep together. An indication of load, never a diagnosis.

Course of the dayHollow marks are unmeasured hours
Today
Steps, energy, variability, blood oxygen, strain, sleep, meditation, water and weight, each one measurement your devices already take.
Recovery
Recovery is read against your own recent nights and readings, not a population average. It is never only a number: the app lists what moved it, and by how much, so you can disagree with it.
Sleep
You look at this before you are properly awake. So it says what happened, in the shape the night actually had, and leaves the judgement to you.
Last night

Sleep is in the free version, stages and the reasons behind the score included.
A wellness and fitness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose sleep conditions. Example values.
Activity
Steps, energy and strain for the day, and the hours they came from. An hour you spent still is a measured zero. An hour that has not happened yet, or that nothing recorded, stays visibly empty.
Training
Mid-run you get one look. So the pace you are holding right now is the number, and everything else sits underneath it.
On the wrist
Heart rate, distance and elapsed time under the one reading you are actually running to. Average pace sits quieter still.
Saved
The watch confirms it saved and shows what you just did. The phone is where the session is read properly.
Free
Time, distance, average pace and heart rate, how it was recorded and how complete the data is. The summary ends by refusing to interpret itself.
With Pro
The free version records and reads the workout. Pro adds the three analyses that only make sense across sessions, each of them named and described in the app before you ever pay for it.

How your workouts relate to recovery, sleep and stress.
An analysis you open
Pro
Your fitness curve over time, with buildup and recovery phases.
An analysis you open
Training load is the only one of the three that resolves to a single figure; the other two are analyses you open. Values are illustrative. None of this is a training recommendation or a health assessment.
Approach
Your devices already record more than you can read. The work is not collecting more of it, but putting the parts next to each other so a single reading means something.
Go deeper
Everything you measure day to day stays in the free version, scores and the reasons behind them included. Pro is for the places where the product keeps a longer record and needs room to analyse it.
FreeTraining shows what you did. Each deeper analysis is named and described, so you know exactly what is behind the lock.
ProThe same three analyses open. Load against your own buildup, how sessions sit alongside recovery, and the shape of your training over months.

Nutrition
A diary rather than a diet: what you ate, when, and what it came to. It sits in the app alongside training, and it stays on your phone.
Recording it
Items go into a mealtime, the day adds them up, and anything you enter often becomes a reusable item or a recipe. There is no score at the end of it and nothing to beat.
With Pro
Free keeps the last fourteen days and five saved recipes, which is a working diary. Pro keeps the whole local history, lifts the recipe limit, and fills in the two lines the card is otherwise holding open.
Anything you have already saved stays readable and editable on either plan, and a recipe you have kept can still be edited and planned with after a downgrade. Example values.
On your wrist
A complication is the small readout on your watch face. Every one below ships in the product, each showing a different combination of what the app already knows.
Free
Pro
Pro also adds five watch designs beside the one in the free version. Health metrics on the watch are not listed here: two access policies in the product disagree about them, and that is not something to settle in a marketing page.

Wearable
Your data
Health & Performance is a wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose conditions, detect disease or give medical advice.
Health data is read on your device from Apple Health or Health Connect and stays there. An account is optional, and saves only your settings, goals and consent choices, never your health measurements.
Your measurements are never sold and never shared with third parties for advertising. The app carries no advertising or tracking technology, collects no advertising identifier, and does not collect your location.
Health data is a special category under the GDPR and is processed only with your consent for each data type.
You can always view, export and erase your data, from inside the app, at any time.
What it covers
Each area is derived from measurements your devices already record. Health data is read on your device and shown only to you.
Platforms
One product, built for the devices people already wear and carry. Measurements are read from Apple Health or Health Connect and processed on your device.
Availability
Health & Performance has not been released. There is no public launch date, and the final product name has not been announced. Platform and version requirements will be listed on its store pages when it becomes available.
